Like every website, this one automatically records some technical data when you visit it: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time. They are handled by the hosting provider, Vercel Inc., to run the website and protect it from abuse; they are not used to identify you.

To count visits and page views we use Vercel Web Analytics, which collects aggregated data, uses no cookies and does not build visitor profiles. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Only if you accept it from the banner do we also use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, for more detailed statistics (where visits come from, devices, pages viewed). Google Analytics uses cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and processes data such as the IP address, which Google does not store in full. We do not use it for advertising or profiling. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. More in Google’s privacy policy.

The form on the Contact page does not send data to the website: “Send request” opens your email app with the message already written, “Send on WhatsApp” opens the WhatsApp chat.

If you write to us, call us or send the request, we receive the data you choose to share (name, practice or lab, email, phone, message text) and use them only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. Messages go through email services and WhatsApp, which process them under their own privacy notices.

The map on the Contact page does not load until you press “Show the map”. From then on Google may collect browsing data and use cookies under its own privacy policy.

The website uses no profiling cookies. Google Analytics statistics cookies are set only if you accept them from the banner; if you decline or close the banner, none are set. Your choice is remembered on your device for 6 months and you can change it at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.

The Google map can also set cookies, but only after you choose to open it.

Links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp lead to external websites, which process data under their own privacy notices.

Browsing data are kept by the hosting provider for as long as needed to run and secure the service. Contact request data are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than required by law.

Data may be processed by providers that help us run the website, such as the hosting service (Vercel Inc.) and, if you accept it, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), acting as data processors. Some providers are based in the United States: in those cases transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Data are never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing.

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to fresitalysnc@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
