Acquisition
Physical impression or intraoral scan: we digitise the case with maximum fidelity.

CAD Design
3D modelling of the element: anatomy, margins and occlusion verified to a tenth of a millimetre.

CAM Milling
The milling machine carves the zirconia. Sintering and dimensional checks on every piece.

Hand Finishing
Characterisation, layering and polishing: the artisan touch that makes the difference.
Zirconia: strength and natural beauty
Zirconium oxide is today's reference for fixed prosthetics: biocompatible, flexure-resistant and remarkably aesthetic in multilayer versions. We machine it daily in our center, from single frameworks to full arches, choosing for each case the most suitable disc for translucency and strength.
